These terms govern your use of the Vero Sapore website and our restaurant services in Wickham, Newcastle. By browsing this site, making a reservation, placing a takeaway order or booking a private function with us, you accept these terms.

• About us. Vero Sapore is an Italian ristorante located at 1/38 Hannell Street, Wickham NSW 2293, offering dine-in, takeaway and private function services.
• Using this website. This site is provided for browsing our menu, story and contact details, and for making enquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, copy our content without permission, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
• Reservations. Table bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a reservation, so we can offer the table to another guest.
• Takeaway orders. Takeaway orders are prepared to order and confirmed at the time of purchase. Please check your order on collection, as we are unable to remake dishes once you have left the premises.
• Private functions. Function bookings, including any deposit, guest numbers, menu selection and final payment terms, are confirmed directly with our team in writing before the event.
• Payment. Prices shown on our menu and website are in Australian dollars and may change without notice. Payment for dine-in and takeaway is due at the time of service.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Vero Sapore is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee or right you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Intellectual property. All text, photography, recipes and branding on this website belong to Vero Sapore and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
• Third-party links. Our website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
• Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
